September 2002 to May 2003
  • Partners and participants will start their own collection of material concerning aspects of exclusion.
  • A chat web site for the project will be set up in order to keep contact between the members and which will allow other people to find out about the project.
  • Dissemination of procedures for the project. This will concern:
    • Where to find material
    • What type of material is suitable for the seminar
  • Weekly chat room meeting to discuss material and get to know each other.

June 2003 to August 2003

  • Agreement on who will be in each presentation group
  • Further collection and refinement of the collection will be undertaken as small groups.
  • Follow-up in the EYiE chat room every week.

September 2003

  • Tasks for the seminar:
    • Each participant will undertake to be responsible for the collection of material on an aspect of exclusion in relation to epilepsy/disability. All respondents will be responsible for the presentation of this topic during the event within a small group. Cross-national groups will be encouraged so that each presentation group is composed of participants from at least two countries.

October 2003

  • Write up of seminar discussions
  • Chat room sessions continue - expansion of the material.
  • Discussion on how to proceed with other YOUTH projects.
  • Presentation of results at International Congress in Lisbon.

November 2003

  • Distribution of the discussion transcript.
  • Feed-back on application of the seminar material / methods.
  • Financial reporting to the YOUTH programme and the project report.
