The quickest way to get involved is to join us in the chat room on a Tuesday night (20.30 central European time).

Last week's chat session was again a great success but please keep coming each week. Once in a life-time is not enough! It is here that you will find out about what is going to happen in Sligo and it is here that you will be able to meet the others before you arrive.

The chat room is an essential part of the EYiE project and works to keep us in contact with each other during the long dak periods between meetings.

The seminar will be based on programme presentations, workshops and events. Everyone will present something. We want to hear about your

• country;
• culture;
• having epilepsy in your country.

We also want to hear what kind of activities you have organised how you work towards getting young people involved. There will be plenty of time for presentations and several afternoons will be dedicated to this. So, please bring material, photos, magazines, overhead or powrpoint presentations. And please make it entertaining!

We will also have one day where we will bring food from each country. So, bring your national or local delicacy for us to try out. Unfortunately we cannot guarantee to have a kitchen available so cold food taht doesn't need preparation will be best.

There will be a Ceili *tranditional Irish dance (so bring your dancing legs). Go here for a taste of Irish music.

Please make sure that we know exactly when you are arriving and leaving - we maybe able to arrange for people to travel together which is always better.
